Get Moving With Us!

Hip and Heart Movement Studio offers a variety of fun fitness-minded classes for people of all body types and abilities. From tribal style bellydance to barre, Zumba and Polynesian, you’re sure to find something to get you moving. From time to time some of our classes like Bellydance and Burlesque may run in 4, 5, or 6 week sessions, but please contact us to see if we can accommodate a drop-in. Any cancellations will be posted on our Facebook page. Class passes are available for purchase here for most studio classes. For Bellydance with Omaris, passes can be purchased directly from the instructor.

Sunday
2:30 pm – Zumba with Laura

Monday
6 pm – Zumba with Randy
7 pm – Cardio Samba with Omega (classes start Sept. 3)

Tuesday

5:30 pm – Barre Blast with Laura
6 pm – Zumba with Marissa
7 pm –  Tribal Fusion Bellydance Basics All Levels – Beginner Friendly – Starts September
8 pm – Advanced ATS® Bellydance with Laura (requires instructor approval)

Wednesday

10 am – Polynesian Dance – Hawaiian Hula and More with Aukai (Nancy) – Must pre-register. 4-week session starts 9/12
6 pm – Zumba with Randy
7pm – Burlesque with Diamond Dahl – new session starts in September.

Thursday

5:30 pm – Barre Blast with Laura (starts September)
6 pm – Zumba with Laura
7 pm – Classic Egyptian Bellydance with Omaris (Hip and Heart Passes do not apply. Please see Omaris’ class page for registration).

Friday
6 pm – Zumba with Karen/Monte

Saturday
9 am – Zumba with Randy
10 am – Beginner Tribal Bellydance with Laura
