Try the workout phenomenon that is sweeping the nation! Barre Above is inspired by the Barre workouts used by dancers, but dancers and non-dancers alike will love Barre. Tallahassee students of this class build long, lean muscle, improve flexibility, and burn major calories! Modifications are offered for all exercises, and participants can choose the intensity they desire, from no impact or low impact, to medium and even high impact! Suitable for all fitness levels. Barre socks, regular socks, or bare feet recommended. Bring water, towel, and a mat, if you have one.

Just like our Barre Above workout, but with 15 minutes of dance-inspired stretching on and off the Barre. Tallahassee students of all fitness levels are suited to this class. It’s the perfect complement to any of our dance classes, but is also a great workout on its own! Barre socks, regular socks, or bare feet recommended. Bring water, towel, and a mat, if you have one.
